We love going to our independent math tubs! We get to go to our tubs at least 4 days a week.
We can play Shape Puzzles! We have been comparing numbers by using these words: more, greater, less, same, equal, equivalent!
Every day we work on calendar skills and subitizing (pronounced soo-bitizing). We get so excited every day when Mrs. Hendricks takes out the dot plates! Ask your child to explain some of the designs on our dot plates. If you click above, you can download dot activities to use at home. Please make sure you always ask your child to explain how he/she got the answer!
We also work on 5 and 10 frames daily. Your child should be able to recognize the number of dots on the frame quickly. Click above to download 5 and 10 frames for home!
