Last week we learned about Work on Writing! It is so much fun!
We learned to underline words we're not sure how to spell after stretching out the sounds and then move on!
We have to write the whole time!
We have to stay in one spot!
We have to work quietly!
We have to quickly choose what we want to write about! We can use our "What to Write About" anchor chart if we are having trouble choosing.
We have to get started quickly.
We can get comfortable anywhere in our classroom!
The morning is a great time to help your child decide what he/she wants to write about for the day!
We are building our stamina!
